Building Resilience through Yoga: Home Practice with Heather
Building Resilience through Yoga is a workshop series that will help yoga practitioners to weave various aspects of the yoga tradition into their lives to build strength and support that prepares the body, mind, and spirit to learn from challenges that arise. Personal practice is a simple and effective way to incorporate the benefits of yoga into a daily routine. In this workshop you will take an all levels yoga class, with the intention of finding the perfect asanas (poses) to practice at home. After the class, we will break down the poses and discuss the logistics of creating a 5 min, 15 min, or 30 min sequence to foster strength, support, and balance throughout the day.
