Pre-natal Series (4 weeks) with Sue
Every Tuesday 9:00- 10:00 am- September 25 - October 16
($60 full series/ $20 drop-in) This 4-week yoga series is for women in every stage of pregnancy. We will use yoga postures and breath to minimize discomfort, improve muscle tone and flexibility, calm and restore the nervous system, improve circulation and balance, connect with your baby and your own body, and prepare for labor. This series will also provide a foundation for your postpartum recovery. You will also find support and encouragement from the other mom’s that are sharing this beautiful yet sometimes challenging journey with you. All levels welcome. This series is led by Sue Persia, MS, OTR/L, RYT200, a mom, a licensed women’s health therapist and a registered yoga teacher.
