‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa Continues Tradition

Captiva Island, FL – ‘Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa of Captiva Island announced today that the legendary resort’s traditional beachfront Tree Lighting Celebration will continue for its 37th consecutive year on Friday, November 25, from 6 PM to 7.15 PM. The resort is located at 15951 Captiva Drive. Admission and parking are free but open only to persons with approved Sanibel Island Causeway passes.

“Although somewhat abbreviated due to hurricane aftermath, the evening provides the Sanibel and Captiva community the opportunity to gather, refocus on the positives and move the healing process forward,” says Doug Babcock, Chief Executive Officer of Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts. “Every day is another day closer to near normal. We know the event will bring smiles and hugs, and we promise to entertain with some long-time favorites.” Those include:

·       7.00 PM: Tree Lighting

·       7.10 PM: Fireworks Display (Pending Approval)

·       Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Bar Service — Cash Only
