Sanibel businesses find new home at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers

The Bell Tower Shops located at 13499 S Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers have welcomed in Sanibel businesses looking for a new home while the island recovers from Hurricane Ian. 

Here's a list of some of the local island shops that have opened or are about to open at the shopping center: 

Adventures in Paradise

This popular Sanibel Island shops features apparel for a casual outdoor lifestyle. From essential beachwear to everyday staples, this family-run shop offers a little bit for everyone in the family, including popular brands like Patagonia, OluKai, Tommy Bahama, Orvis, Southern Tide, and more!

Butteryfly Beach (Coming Soon)


 This fun-loving and affordable apparel shop is set to open in the Bell Tower Shops soon. Formerly located at Periwinkle Place, this shop offers cute and stylish beachwear for anyone looking to spruce up their beach wardrobe. They also have locations in Naples, Marco Island, Sarasota and Estero. 

Bubbly Latitude

This Sanibel based home and decor shop opened its pop up store at the Bell Towers shops on Jan. 24. Formerly located at the Village Shops on Sanibel, Bubbly Latitude has brought its fun and colorful decor inland. the store will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays. 







Congress Jewelers 

 One of the first stores to find a new home at Bell Tower, Congress Jewelers offers a wide selection of jewelry, including custom made pendants honoring Sanibel in the wake of Hurricane Ian. Even though they've relocated to Bell Tower for now, owners Scot and Melissa Congress told the Sanibel Captiva Island Reporter that they plan to "return stronger than we left." 



MacIntosh Books + Paper

This book shop offers a wide range of good reads and delightful gifts for the book lover in your family. Their temporary storefront at Bell Tower is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. On their website, the shop said they hope to open back up their storefront at the Village Shops on Sanibel soon, but they aren't ruling out keeping a possible second location! 





Sanibel Candle Company (Coming Soon)

The Sanibel Candle Company is opening full-time at Bell Tower the first week of March. In the meantime, the company is promoting their special candles and other items inspired by the "Month of Love" with special events at their new storefront. 



Synergy

This "Life is Good genuine neighborhood shop" relocated from the Tahitian Gardens on Sanibel to Bell Tower. In addition to all-things "Life is Good," this shop is also an authorized Alex & Ani retailer and carries a wide variety of coastal-inspired items. The shop is open Mondays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
