Stretch and Restore
This class uses standing and seated postures to increase flexibility throughout the entire body. Each class consists of a mindful combination of deep stretching and restorative (relaxing and renewing) poses with breathing and meditation. Recommended for anyone looking to increase their flexibility. such as tennis players, runners, weight lifters and golfers as well as those new to Yoga.
