Hyatt Coconut Point Hosts Harvest & Tide Wine Dinner at Tarpon Bay

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is hosting the Harvest & Tide Wine dinner at its Tarpon Bay restaurant this Thursday, April 2 at 6PM.

The event will feature a five-course menu highlighting curated local ingredients, each expertly paired with a selection of Frank Family and Duckhorn Vineyard wines. The meal will include everything from a scallop crudo paired with the Decoy Brut and a Gulf Red Snapper paired with the Frank Family Zinfandel to Australian Wagyu paired with the Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon.
