Farm to Table BBQ Experience

with Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm and TV personality and cookbook author Steven Raichlen

WGCU, in conjunction with the release of Mr. Steven Raichlen's 2017 book Barbecue Sauces, Rubs and Marinades, is offering two very unique opportunities at Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm! Each experience includes: - Meet Mr. Raichlen - Watch him perform a cooking demonstration in our kitchen using a sauce, rub or marinade - Taste a sample of 100% Red Wattle heritage pastured pork from our farm with a sauce, rub or marinade - Tour Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm in North Fort Myers (8250 Nalle Grade, North Fort Myers) - And all donors receive a copy of the new book! Saturday VIP Farm to Table Experience: Includes a full BBQ meal prepared by us with seasonings as directed from Mr. Raichlen and paired with wines, organically-raised and pastured 100% Red Wattle pork and side dishes are provided by Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm, with a walking tour of our heritage farm. Music provided by The Cumberland Falls Band. Sat. June 24 6-9pm is a VIP Farm to Table Experience - $400 per couple Sun. June 25 10-1pm will be a Farm to Table Tasting and Tour - $75 per person
