Yoga from the Core with Susi Saturday, October 28, 9:00 am to 11:00 pm ($25) Developing core awareness and core strength will take your yoga asana practice to deeper levels. You'll have fun while learning how to align your body and connect to deep muscle engagements in ways that support greater stability, mobility and focus in any pose. Core breathing practices also increase awareness of inner strength, both physical and spiritual. Practices in this workshop are supported by highly respected anatomical research. Some yoga experience suggested - appropriate for those comfortable taking an All Levels class at Yoga Bird.
