Enjoy an afternoon of extensive wine and regional craft beer tasting while indulging in Hors d’oeuvres for a great cause. Discover the secrets of our Island’s Top Chefs while they share their signature creations during cooking demonstrations. You might even win an in-home dining experience by one of our Chefs! In addition to the wines and beers, a number of the Island’s top chefs will demonstrate methods to prepare some of their signature food creations. The on-lookers will have the opportunity to taste samples of these dishes. Besides all the culinary excitement, the event will feature a silent auction with many items and experiences. Treasures such as gourmet wines, jewelry, artwork, hotel & golf packages and other sports outings will be featured. Most notable may be the opportunity to bid on an in-home dining experience by one of our island chefs. In addition, there will be an opportunity for a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds of this fundraising event will go to children in need of educational scholarships provided by the Sanibel Captiva Optimists Club.
