Professional French Baker, Andre Grateso of Aux Delices French Pastry

The first session will be focusing on puff pastry and pate a choux

Florida Weekly cuisine columnist, Karen Feldman, says, "Andre Gratesol is a French pastry chef's pastry chef whose ethereal pastries and hearty breads can transport those who taste them straight to France sans plane and passport. The gifted chef, who ran his eponymous bakery at McGregor and College boulevards for many years, sold it more than a decade ago, then worked with a number of other bakeries."
