Cooking with French Chef
This class will be hands on after the chef demonstrates the methods. With the puff pastry dough we will make ham and cheese appetizers, fruit tarts with fruit on pastry crème covered with an apricot glaze and the very special palmiers.
Class will be taught with well-known Professional French Baker, Andre Gratesol! This is the last of our baking classes with this Chef. If you love the real deal in French pastry you will want to attend this session.
